Film Screening: “Vanishing Pearls” Sep 30, 6pm, Peltier Auditorium

Come share in our screening of the documentary “Vanishing Pearls: The Oystermen of Pointe a la Hache” by first-time filmmaker and New Orleans resident, Nailah Jefferson. The film will be introduced by Dr. Allyse Ferrara, Professor of Biological Sciences. This screening was supported by the Nicholls International Film Club, Nicholls SPA, The Nicholls Center for Bayou Studies, The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute, The Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana, and the Louisiana Seafood Board.
