The Center for Bayou Studies is happy to announce that on August 20 an enthusiastic group of administrators, state officials, and members of the Nicholls community gathered for the Grand Opening of the Lanny D. Ledet Culinary Arts Building, a state of the art facility that will house the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute. The Center for Bayou Studies and the CJFCI will be collaborating on projects in the future to highlight many elements of the unique culture found in our beloved Louisiana Bayou Region.
