Please note that once you submit a Maintenance Work Order, it will automatically be sent to University Maintenance to be completed. If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, please contact our office during business hours at (985) 448-4479 or the RA on duty. 

If you are experiencing cable or WiFi connectivity issues, please fill out the link below for a ticket to be created with the appropriate department. For WiFi-related issues, a representative from IT will be in touch with you within a few days of your submission.
