Dr. Scot Rademaker earned his Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction in special education at the University of South Florida. He also holds a B.A. in psychology from Miami University and a M.S. in psychology from Barry University.

Throughout his graduate work in psychology, Dr. Rademaker worked as a reading interventionist and school psychology intern. During his time as an assistant professor and chair, Dr. Rademaker published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and has presented his work at national and international conferences. In his personal time, Dr. Rademaker enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and scuba diving.
