InfoEd/SPIN
SPIN is a pre-award searchable web-based system that includes a database of funding opportunities, a database of investigator profiles and a matching alert service.
- Create your profile and Search in SPIN. You will need to create a username and password.
Funding opportunities geared toward your research and programmatic interests can be delivered automatically to your e-mail account via InfoEd SMARTS (The SPIN Matching and Research Transmittal Service). Grants.gov lists all current discretionary funding opportunities from 26 agencies of the United States government, including the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation, the Department of Energy, and many others–in other words, all the most important public funders of research in the United States. Grants.gov is free and does not require a subscription.
