CULINARY ARTS DEMONSTRATIONS
The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University will present cooking demonstrations comprised of 2-3 students (80% of presentation) with one culinary instructor (20% of presentation). The presentations will feature cooking demos together with presentations of faculty and student research. Each demonstration will be 30-45 minutes in length. Demonstration Schedule is to be determined. Scholarships will be awarded for People’s Choice student presenters.
All accepted demonstrations must be accompanied by a 250-word summary uploaded in the registration procedure. All summaries will be published in a collection to be distributed at Expeaux 2026.
