CULINARY ARTS DEMONSTRATIONS
The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University will present cooking demonstrations comprised of 1-2 students (80% of presentation) with one culinary instructor (20% of presentation). The presentations will feature cooking demos together with presentations of faculty and student research. Each demonstration will be 30-45 minutes in length. Demonstrations will take place in Ledet Hall. Schedule is to be determined. Scholarships will be awarded for People’s Choice student presenters.
All accepted demonstrations must be accompanied by a 250-word summary uploaded in the registration procedure. All summaries will be published in a collection to be distributed at Expeaux 2026.
