The Parking Appeal Committee is an appointed group of employees and students from Nicholls State University who are responsible for the hearing of parking citation appeals. If you have received a ticket that you feel was issued in error based on parking regulations, you need to file an appeal first. If your first appeal is denied, you must reply to the e-mail sent to you within 20 days to request to appear in front of the Appeal Committee. Appeals can be submitted to the committee when the first appeal submitted to Parking Services is denied or the appeals officer feels like the appeal decision will best be made by the committee. The committee members are not associated with Parking Services or the Police Department. The Chair of the Parking Appeal Committee is Kelly Rodrigue.
