Alumni memberships
Membership Details:
As a dues paying member of the Nicholls Alumni Federation, you receive a 10% discount on your purchase of a three-month or a six-month membership at $55 plus tax per month. If you are not an Alumni Federation member, you can join online (Nicholls Alumni Federation Membership).

Membership Details:
*If you are an alum who graduated from Nicholls between spring 2003 and summer 2012, your rec center membership will be free for as many semesters as you paid into the program.
If you graduated between 2003 and 2012, your membership to the Recreation Center automatically began when the center opened on October 27, 2012.
- Membership to the Recreation Center will be free of charge and will last for as many semesters as you paid into the program. For details on your membership, please contact Rachel Dufrene at 985-493-2742.

Nicholls employees are eligible to purchase a membership for $30 per month. Membership costs are convenient payroll deduction.
- For an additional $30 per month, you can include your spouse or cohabiting partner in your membership OR $90 for an entire household family membership. All members must be 15 years of age or older to have a membership.
- Complete the Payroll Deduction form in your myNicholls account for automatic deduction of membership fees.

Once you are a member of the Colonel Athletic Association, you can purchase a three or six-month membership to the Rec Center for $55 per month plus tax. To join the Colonel Athletic Association, sign up online (Colonel Athletic Association).

Student Summer Membership
Students enrolled in the Spring semester will have membership to the Harold J. Callais Recreation Center until May 31st.
Starting June 1, we will offer a Student Summer membership which will last until the start of the Fall semester. The membership will cost $60.50 plus tax, which is equivalent to the fee summer session students pay.
Only students who were enrolled in the Spring and/or Fall semester of the same year will be eligible to purchase this membership.
Students from other universities may purchase a student summer membership. The membership cost will be $60.50 plus tax with a copy of fall enrollment and university ID. A colonel card is also needed.
Those interested in a Summer Membership must come by the administrative office to pick up a fee payment form. Summer office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
