Retaliation against an individual who in good faith complains of sexual misconduct or provides information in an investigation about sexual misconduct is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of the Student Policy and Procedure Manual or the Employee Policy and Procedure.  As such, consequences of retaliation will be implemented as per the respective policies. Any student or employee submitting a sexual misconduct complaint or assisting in the investigation of such a complaint will not be adversely affected in terms and conditions of employment and/or academic standing, nor discriminated against, terminated, or expelled because of the complaint.
