What position are you applying for?*
Freshmen Senator applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours, or with fewer hours, paying the self-assessed fee.
2. Must be a FRESHMEN.
3. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Senator Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must be student in the academic college applying for.
3. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
4. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
5. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Multicultural Senator Senator Applicants must meet the following criteria:
MUST BE a student of the Multicultural Community as well as,
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must be student in the academic college applying for.
3. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
4. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
5. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Greek Life Senator Senator Applicants must meet the following criteria:
MUST BE a student of the Greek Life Community as well as,
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must be student in the academic college applying for.
3. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
4. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
5. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Athletic Senator Senator Applicants must meet the following criteria:
MUST BE a student in Athletics as well as,
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must be student in the academic college applying for.
3. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
4. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
5. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Student Organization Senator Applicants must meet the following criteria:
MUST BE a student in a Student Organization as well as,
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must be student in the academic college applying for.
3. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
4. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
5. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Bridge to Independence Senator Applicants must meet the following criteria:
MUST BE a student in the Bridge to Independence program as well as,
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must be student in the academic college applying for.
3. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
4. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Graduate Senator applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 3 or more hours.
2. Must be enrolled as Graduate Student.
3. Must maintain 3.0 cumulative GPA
4. Must have at least 3.0 semester grade.
5. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Election Commission applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must have completed 30 hours of credit.
3. Attended Nicholls for at least 1 full semester prior to the appointment
4. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
5. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
6. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
7. Must not be an active member of SGA or SPA
Student Supreme Court Justice applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must have completed 45 hours of credit.
3. Attended Nicholls for at least 1 full semester prior to the appointment
4. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
5. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
6. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
7. Must not be an active member of SGA or SPA
Public Realtions applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 9 or more hours.
2. Must have completed 12 hours of credit.
3. Attended Nicholls for at least 1 full semester prior to the appointment
4. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
5. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
6. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Director of Rights & Grievances applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 9 or more hours.
2. Must have completed 12 hours of credit.
3. Attended Nicholls for at least 1 full semester prior to the appointment
4. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
5. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
6. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Treasurer applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 9 or more hours.
2. Must have completed 12 hours of credit.
3. Attended Nicholls for at least 2 semesters
4. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
5. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
6. Completed 3 hours of accounting courses.
7. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Social Media Specialist applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA.
3. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
4. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.

5. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Bridge to Independence Senator Applicants must meet the following criteria:
MUST BE a student in the Bridge to Independence program as well as,
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must be student in the academic college applying for.
3. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
4. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Graduate Senator applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 3 or more hours.
2. Must be enrolled as Graduate Student.
3. Must maintain 3.0 cumulative GPA
4. Must have at least 3.0 semester grade.
5. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
Election Commission applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must have completed 30 hours of credit.
3. Attended Nicholls for at least 1 full semester prior to the appointment
4. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
5. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
6. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
7. Must not be an active member of SGA or SPA
Student Supreme Court Justice applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Fee paying student carrying 7 or more hours.
2. Must have completed 45 hours of credit.
3. Attended Nicholls for at least 1 full semester prior to the appointment
4. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
5. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
6. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
7. Must not be an active member of SGA or SPA
Public Realtions applicants must meet the following criteria:

4. Must maintain 2.5 cumulative GPA
5. Must have at least 2.0 semester grade.
6. Completed 3 hours of accounting courses.
7. Not be on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
