Elnora became a Counselor and Outreach Coordinator at the University Counseling Center in April 2018. She received her Associates of Science in Paralegal Studies from Nicholls in 2010, Bachelors of Arts and Science in Sociology with a concentration in Family and Youth Advocate from Nicholls 2013, and received her Master of Education in School Counseling from Nicholls in 2017. She is a Provisional Licensed Counselor.
