HOW TO REPORT
Reports can be made to the Title IX Office by any member of the University community. You can file a report directly with the Title IX Coordinator, submit an online form, or contact Campus Police.

If you have experienced sex or gender discrimination, including sexual assault, relationship or intimate partner violence, stalking, sexual harassment, or other sexual misconduct, you also have the right to make a formal complaint and request an investigation.
Supportive measures are available to you whether you choose to submit a formal complaint. Visit the Title IX Resources page, which includes a link to the Title IX Know Your Rights and Resources guide, and/or contact the Office of Title IX and Civil Rights Compliance for more information.

Police
You have the right to report to the police and to make a formal complaint to the University. You can report to both, to just the police, to just the University, or to neither. It is your choice. University Police main contact line: 985.448.4746
