REPORTING

If you have experienced sex or gender discrimination, including sexual assault, relationship or intimate partner violence, stalking, sexual harassment, or other sexual misconduct, you have the right to make a formal complaint and request an investigation.

Before requesting an investigation, you may wish to speak to an advocate. Confidential advocates can help you consider your reporting options and explain what to expect if you decide to make a formal complaint. They can also explain and help facilitate supportive measures and other resources that feel right to you and your situation.

Supportive measures are available to you whether or not you choose to submit a formal complaint. Visit the Title IX Resources page, which includes a link to the Title IX Know Your Rights and Resources guide, and/or contact the Office of Title IX and Civil Rights Compliance for more information.
