Welcome! The Nicholls State University Office of Marketing and Communication is here to help. Below you will find a list of the type of projects we can help with. To request a project, fill out one of the forms below and someone will reach out to you in 1-2 business days.
Project timelines begin once our team has all of the materials needed to complete the project. Timelines listed below are general guidelines. We may adjust the estimated time to complete the project depending on our current workload and the size of the requested project.
URGENT PROJECTS
We understand emergencies and last-minute changes and opportunities happen, and we are happy to work with you on those projects. However, if you can schedule in advance, we strongly encourage you to do so and not interrupt projects already in progress.
If an urgent project requires external costs, the requesting department will be responsible for those charges.
Creative & Print Services
- Design a brochure – 2-4 weeks
- Certificates – 1-2 weeks
- Event program design – 2-3 weeks
- Flyer Design – 1-2 weeks
- Invitation design – 2-3 weeks

- Photo shoot scheduling – 2-3 weeks
