Why did YOU choose Nicholls?

Choosing to attend Nicholls was about much more than being close to home. I saw Nicholls as a place where I could be challenged academically and become actively involved in the campus community. The opportunities to get involved through academic clubs, student organizations and student employment made Nicholls feel like a place where I could truly make an impact while preparing for my future.

What is the best thing about Nicholls?

The best thing about Nicholls is how approachable the entire campus is.
That accessibility made it easier for me to take advantage of opportunities I may not have otherwise pursued. I was able to become involved in student organizations, take on leadership roles, and work in different areas across campus while still feeling connected to the university. Nicholls gave me the feeling that I was part of the campus rather than simply attending it, and that sense of belonging made a lasting impact on my college experience.

How did Nicholls help to develop you professionally, socially, academically?

Nicholls played a major role in shaping who I am today. When I graduated, I left with a better understanding of myself, confidence in what I could accomplish, and experiences that continue to shape the way I approach my career and the people around me.
