CELEBRATING OUR CHEFS

Celebrating Our Chefs is an annual fall event hosted by the Institute to champion our students and honor the remarkable culinary talent that inspires them. This year, we’re thrilled to present a week-long experience featuring Michelin-Starred Chef Davy Tissot, the 2021 Bocuse d’Or Gold Winner, and Chef Maxime Moise, both joining us from France. These distinguished chefs, alongside Chef John Folse, will serve as guest judges for our Bayou d’Or student cooking competition, sparking inspiration and excellence in our next generation of culinary artists. Chef Tissot will also host an exclusive live demonstration of his signature dish for our culinary students and deliver a presentation open to the entire University.
