Bio:

Laurie, a native of Louisiana, now divides her time between New Orleans and the Florida Gulf Coast. She originally joined the History Department at Nicholls State University in 1997 and happily returned in 2019. In addition to teaching, she enjoys exploring historic sites across the United States and Europe.

Accomplishments:

Ms. Kraus-Landry has consulted on historic preservation projects for both local and national register districts in Florida and Louisiana.
