Bio:
Dr. Robert J.L. Archer is currently an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Nicholls State University. His research interests include criminological theory including green crimes, adolescent deviant behavior, fear of crime, and utilization of advance data analysis such as structural equation modeling. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, riding ATV’s, and playing World of Warcraft.
Robert has published in journals such as Journal of Crime and Justice, American Journal of Criminal Justice, Victims & Offenders, and Sleep Health: Journal of the National Sleep Foundation, along with various encyclopedia entries.
He has presented his work at various conferences including the American Society of Criminology in 2017, 2018, and 2019, the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences in 2014, and virtually as well.
