THIBODAUX – Students in the John Folse Culinary Institute’s International Cuisine Class serve up authentic Spanish and Portuguese dishes Wednesday, Oct. 1, in the Galliano Dining Hall at Nicholls State University. Dubbed Culinary Night, the event featured an all-you-can-eat buffet that included Gazpacho, Spinach, Pine Nut and Raisin Pizza, Arrabbiata Sauce over Penne Pasta and Vegetarian Paella.
