ATHLETICS SUMMER CAMPS
FUNDAMENTALS CROSS COUNTRY CAMP 2026
This cross country camp will assess your athletes’ ability level in distance running and teach fundamental running mechanics and skills needed to improve as a cross country and distance track & field athlete. Many of the skills that will be worked on will benefit the athletes’ performance in other sports as well.
Camp will be led by Head Track & Field and Cross Country Stefanie Slekis; along with other staff members, current cross country student-athletes and experienced distance runners. Each camper will leave with the knowledge of how to build a smart summer training plan based on their ability level and a better understanding of how to establish process and outcome goals to improve as an athlete in any sport. All-Skills Volleyball Camp
Dates: TBA 2026 Camps
Times: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Cost: $125 OR $175 (early drop off)
Location: Stopher Gym
Grade as of 2025: 6th-8th
Description: All skills camp is designed for beginner through intermediate players. This camp is designed to teach the foundations of all skills including: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking and defense. Lunch is NOT provided.

College ID One Day Volleyball Camp

Grade as of 2025: 9th – JUCO
Description: This camp is designed for players with club elite level and junior college experience. Campers should have a desire to play volleyball at the collegiate level to attend this camp. Campers will experience the same drills and training that are currently used at Nicholls. There will be a campus tour.
