The College of Business Administration at Nicholls State University was recognized this month in an IBM video featuring commentary by Dr. Neset Hikmet, Otto Candies Endowed Chair in Information Systems.

In 2009, IBM announced a joint venture with Nicholls that introduced new curricula in the university’s information systems program. The courses are designed to help students develop the technological skills required for jobs in emerging fields – including electronic medical records, intelligent transportation systems and smart energy grids.
