Stand Up! group at Nicholls gets ‘teed off’

Trisha Dubina (left), graphic design instructor at Nicholls State University, assists graphic design major Kendall Andrews of Laplace with screen-printing T-shirts in Talbot Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010.

Andrews is a member of the student group “Stand Up!” – founded to combat the budget cuts to higher education. The group organized a T-shirt printing, during which students could bring in a white T-shirt to be screen-printed with the group’s logo at no charge. More than 150 shirts were processed.
