Nicholls culinary institute honors John Besh

Chef John Besh of New Orleans received the Lafcadio Hearn Award at the John Folse Culinary Institute’s 14th annual Lafcadio Hearn Award Dinner and Distinguished Visiting Chef Series on Monday, March 14.

The event, hosted on the Nicholls campus in the Cotillion Ballroom of the Bollinger Memorial Student Union, featured cuisine by Michael Gulotta, distinguished visiting chef and graduate of the John Folse Culinary Institute.
