THIBODAUX — The Nicholls State University International Film Club and the Student Programming Association invite the community to a free screening of the acclaimed Italian film “The Decameron” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27 in Peltier Auditorium.
“The Decameron,” a 1971 film directed by Pier Paolo Pasolini, is an adaptation of nine stories from 14th century Italian author Giovanni Boccaccio. The movie stars Franco Citti, Ninetto Davoli and Jovan Jovanovic.
The movie is one of several popular domestic and international films to be screened free of charge on campus. Movies are screened at 7 p.m. in Peltier Auditorium. Upcoming shows include:
