You are solely responsible for transactions made through Nicholls’ Banner Self Service system. All transactions have an electronic signature. Report any suspected tampering immediately to the Office of Records and Registration, Otto B. Candies Hall. To help protect against electronic forgeries, it is a good idea to review your schedule each time you use the Internet registration system.
Using Nicholls’ Internet registration system to access information of anyone other than you is considered falsification of academic records and is a serious offense. Any student caught doing so will face disciplinary action.
Students are responsible for each course’s registration.
STUDENTS WILL BE INDEBTED TO THE UNIVERSITY IMMEDIATELY UPON REGISTRATION UNLESS STUDENTS “UNREGISTER” (DROP) ALL CLASSES AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE LAST BUSINESS DAY BEFORE CLASSES BEGIN. Refunds for resignations or dropping of courses after this time and date are listed under the section “Tuition, Fees and Expenses” in the current academic catalog, the Tuition and Fees web page, and in the current semester Schedule of Classes.
Please refer to the “Statement of Financial Obligation” page for information regarding the financial responsibility of students upon registration.
