Highlights from the Spring 2014 faculty survey include:

• 88% of faculty strongly or moderately agree that Nicholls “provides a safe and secure environment”
• 73% of faculty strongly or moderately agree that Nicholls “achieves its stated mission”
• 85% of faculty strongly or moderately agree that “Nicholls academic programs have quality”
• 85% of faculty strongly or moderately agree that “the principle focus of Nicholls is the education of students”
• 76% of faculty strongly or moderately agree that “academic advising of students is adequate”
• 71% of faculty strongly or moderately agree that “Nicholls is achieving its goals and objectives”

• 90% of staff strongly or moderately agree that Nicholls “provides a safe and secure environment”
• 80% of staff strongly or moderately agree that Nicholls “achieves its stated mission”
• 92% of staff strongly or moderately agree that Nicholls “has quality programs”
• 90% of staff strongly or moderately agree that “the principle focus of Nicholls is the education of students”
• 73% of staff  strongly or moderately agree that “Nicholls is achieving its goals and objectives”
• 59% of staff strongly or moderately agree that “academic advising of students is adequate”
• 81% of staff strongly or moderately agree that “in general, I am satisfied with my current job”
