The Nicholls State University Department of Accounting and Information Systems will sponsor its annual Continuing Education Seminar for CPAs from 1 to 4:40 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 15, in Room 158 of the Duhe Building, 235 Civic Center Blvd, Houma, La.
Session one, “Finding and Retaining Talented Personnel,†will be presented by Lonnie Stockwell, client adviser for JPMorgan, a wholesale financial services company.
Session two, “Tax Update,†will be presented by Bob Perez, retired partner with KPMG, an audit, tax and advisory services company.
