There are a variety of prep resources available to help you study for the test – all aligned to the ATI TEAS, Version 7 and packed with thousands of practice questions based on the content and format of the actual exam.

Steps to Secure Accommodations for Remote TEAS:

  • Common Accommodations: These may include extended time, breaks, or approved use of assistive technologies, which are granted in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Request Early: Submit documentation at least 30 days prior to booking to allow for processing time.
  • Documentation Required: A letter from a doctor or qualified professional is needed, outlining the diagnosis and recommending specific test alterations.
  • Contact Point: Email your request to proctor@atitesting.com.

Proctor Confirmation: Once approved, your remote proctor will be notified to ensure the accommodations are in place, such as allowing specific headphones or authorized, non-standard materials.

To secure in-person testing accommodations for the TEAS at a PSI center, you must submit a formal request with supporting medical documentation to PSI at least 30 days before your desired test date, as approval can take up to six weeks. Do not schedule your exam until you receive approval, as accommodation requests must be approved first.

Steps to Secure Accommodations When Testing at In-person at an ATI Testing Center:

  1. Purchase the Exam: Register for the ATI TEAS Exam on the ATI Testing website first, as you need your registration ID.
  2. Gather Documentation: Obtain a letter on professional letterhead from a doctor or qualified specialist detailing your diagnosis, limitations, and specific recommended accommodations.
  3. Submit Request to PSI: Complete the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Form found in the Candidate Information Bulletin on the PSI website. Submit this form along with your medical documentation.
  4. Wait for Approval: The review process can take several weeks (up to 6 weeks), and you will be notified via email of the status.
  5. Schedule the Exam: Once approved, you can then schedule your in-person appointment with PSI.

You will see your preliminary score immediately, but transcripts will be sent to your email after your score is finalized.
