Our students have the opportunity to learn from world renowned chefs throughout our program. Our chefs have gained invaluable industry experience as well as numerous awards and accolades throughout the years. With our 16 to 1 student to faculty ratio, they will also get a chance to learn from culinary experts in an extensive hands-on learning opportunity.

The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute offers a one-of-a-kind learning experience for those interested in the culinary industry. Going into the industry with hands on experience is invaluable. Every student gains real world experience through our internship program. Students are able to choose from numerous approved internship sites to give them experience in whatever part of the industry interests them the most.
