The Kelly Gibson Foundation, in association with the Oscar J. Tolmas Charitable Trust, announces the 2024 Swing Hard for Soldiers Scholarship Program. At Kanoski Bresney, we want to support students who do their part to fight the problem of distracted driving. Through the Kansoki Bresney Stand Up to Distracted Driving Scholarship program, we are offering five scholarships, in the amount of $1,000 each, to students in the U.S. who are pursuing higher education at the undergraduate or graduate level.  The scholarship is open to students who will be enrolled for Spring 2025 with at least a 3.0 GPA.  The scholarship is open to US citizens only.  The deadline to apply is November 13, 2024. Education is a key part of success, and we focus on bringing that to students in North America through our BK Scholars Program.  Through the program, we award scholarships to deserving high school seniors and Burger King® employees and their families to help advance their education.  Scholarships range from $1,000 to $60,000 and are intended to offset the cost of attending college or post-secondary vocational/technical school. Recipients are selected through an application process that takes into consideration their grade point average (GPA), work experience, extracurricular activities, financial need and community service.  The application period for the 2024-2025 will open from October 15, 2024 to December 16, 2024. The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation, with the support of the American Academy of Chefs (AAC), is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships annually to students.  To view the scholarships offered and to apply visit here.  The deadlines can vary and range from April 30 to October 31 each year.

The Gift For Life Scholarships are available to any Non-Professional USBC member currently in high school holding a GPA of 2.5 or higher and who can demonstrate financial need. USBC awards up to 12 scholarships each year.  Two awards are reserved annually for children of fire department, emergency rescue or police personnel. Calling all college students and high school seniors! Industrial Metal Service is offering a scholarship worth $500 for those who meet our criteria. We are looking for undergraduates currently enrolled in accredited universities within the United States and high school seniors who have been accepted into a university program for spring or summer semester 2025. In partnership with the US Rice Producers Association, the Stoesser family is offering a $5,000 scholarship to one deserving high school senior or current college student who is interested in or is currently pursuing a career in an agriculture-related field.  In addition to the monetary award, the selected recipient will serve as a student ambassador for USRPA in 2025, expecting to participate in at least two activities during the calendar year. The Southeast Chapter of The Hydrographic Society of America will be awarding eight $1,000 scholarships this academic year, 2024 – 2025 to students enrolled full-time (undergraduate – 12 credits/semester; graduate – 9 credits/semester) in a two year, four year, or a graduate program. The NSCA Foundation Scholarships program provides funding to high school seniors preparing to enter college. Students must demonstrate their acceptance into an accredited institution, their intention to graduate with a degree in the strength and conditioning field, their goals beyond college, and their track record of community service. Since 1931, the Elks National Foundation has helped students recognize their academic dreams. Each year, we award more than $3 million in college scholarships to at least 850 outstanding, service-minded high school seniors.
