The Galloway Marketing & Client Development team is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator. This position will develop content and execute communications plans for various internal needs, supporting attorney client relations and business development projects. Duties include writing and developing content for attorneys, creating, and delivering compelling content, project management, liaison, and coordinator for messaging. Working closely with key stakeholders, ensures all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
This role will support all firm-wide marketing efforts and initiatives at the regional level, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/advertising, journalism, English, public relations, communications, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of law firm or professional services experience.
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or advertising agency setting or related field with a focus on legal marketing.
• Experience with CRM software, management of legal CRM software is a plus.
