Graphic Design Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Executes and helps guide the creative and visual direction for the VieMed brands and products in a multichannel environment, including company social media and website.
  • Creates engaging visual content for all VieMed internal and external marketing and communication channels.
  • Fluent in both print and digital design creation and production.
  • Creates compelling visual content that generates interest and drives adoption of new features.
  • Owns the prioritization and planning of graphical marketing work (i.e., trafficking).
  • Supports sales and executive leadership with presentations, demo branding and various marketing assets.
  • Helps maintain the online “Company Store” inventory and visual appearance.
  • Serves as digital asset lead, responsible for safekeeping of accurate, up-to-date asset management across the enterprise, including the online “Company Store.”
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or an equivalent design-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital and print graphic experience.
  • Website design and CMS experience (WordPress strongly preferred).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience in email and social media marketing template designs.
  • Competency in both Mac & Windows platforms and programs
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a proven history of creating effective and engaging marketing content.
  • Tireless, motivated, confident, determined professional with great communication skills, integrity, and judgment.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • WordPress CMS
  • Canva
  • SmartSheet or other project management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • External/Internal email marketing strategy and implementation
