This person is responsible for social media communication projects that support and enhance our clients’ brands and operations.
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to contribute to social media marketing campaigns. This role will be coordinating cross-departmentally between Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Development and more to support organizational, promotional, and client goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Acting as a main point of contact for clients’ social media marketing endeavors with internal and external partners
Developing unique and fan-focused social media campaigns to drive acquisition and retention
Monitoring and analyzing social media channels to build a community of followers, enhancing engagement, and reporting on the success of social media projects and campaigns
Contributing to the social media editorial calendar to meet organizational and promotional marketing goals
Coordinating social media creative, copy and project deliverables while conducting quality assurance along the way
Defining and evolving KPIs for clients’ social channels and marketing campaigns with an emphasis on meaningful measurement and actionable key learnings
Keeping up with social media trends and sharing insights with the team
Position is hourly for the first 90 days and salaried after.
New Orleans based only.
Must have reliable transportation.
