We’re currently seeking a motivated and creative student to support marketing efforts for BayouSTEM through a paid part-time internship opportunity. I wanted to reach out to see if you could recommend any strong students or please share this opportunity with any professors or classes that may have students interested.
I’m especially excited to connect with students who are creative, eager to grow, and ready to gain hands-on experience in marketing and content creation.
This role is ideal for a student who:
• Has experience creating social media content (posts, reels, campaigns, etc.)
• Is proficient in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Has a portfolio showcasing creative work (class or real-world projects welcome)
• Is reliable, responsive, and able to manage deadlines
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and creating content for BayouSTEM social media platforms
• Assisting with marketing materials (flyers, graphics, branding)
• Supporting monthly newsletters and event promotion
