Dr. Anna Maria Broussard is an Assistant Professor of Speech and Theatre and is the director of the Nicholls Players theatre organization on campus. She has a Ph.D. in Theatre, and holds an M.A. in Performance and Rhetoric from LSU. Dr. Broussard has extensive theatre experience with over twenty years working on various productions either as a performer or behind the scenes. In addition to directing two shows a year at Nicholls, she can also be seen occasionally performing onstage at Thibodaux Playhouse.
