On line applications will be available from May  18, 2015 to July 17, 2015. Remember, decals will not be mailed out or delivered until after July 6, 2015.  You must come by Parking Services prior to the start of fall semester if you do not receive your parking decal.

Primary Vehicle Information

Please refer to your vehicle's registration for the following information. Vehicles which have a specialty license plate (i.e. Saints, NSU, etc.) must enter the license plate exactly how the registration lists it. If all fields are not filled in, you may not receive a permit. If you do not have a permanent license plate, you cannot receive a permanent decal and you must come to our office for a temporary permit. Employees using more than one vehicle should register the second vehicle by sending a separate e-mail to listing the same information as required below.
