Brady Apartment Complex
The Brady Apartment Complex allows students to enjoy the conveniences of living on-campus while enjoying independence. The apartment complex includes seven three-story buildings with 24 two-bedroom apartments and 90 four-bedroom apartments. The only requirement to live in this complex is to have earned 25 credit hours in your time here at Nicholls.
Apartment Amenities:
- modern furniture (including full-size beds, sofa, chairs, dining room set, desks, dressers, end table, and television stand)
- a full-size washer and dryer,
- basic cable,
- wireless Internet,
- local phone service,
- and an equipped kitchen (including a refrigerator, microwave, and stove).

- a landscaped courtyard,
- private parking,
- a clubhouse with media, game, and meeting rooms,
- a salt-water swimming pool,
- and a convenience store.
