New Residence Halls | Scholars, Millet, and Zeringue
Our new residence halls: Scholars Hall, Millet Hall, and Zeringue Hall are among the most desired living options that we offer here at Nicholls State University. Recently built, they have beautiful rooms and are available to all students. There are no special requirements to enter these halls, however, they do fill up more quickly than some of the other options on campus. If you’re interested in living in one of these residence halls, its best to apply and pay your housing deposit as soon as possible.

- A game room with television and pool tables
- A media room with a flat-screen TV, equipped with large reclining leather chairs
- A meeting/study room with computers for resident use

- Outdoor seating and barbecue areas
CHOOSING A HALL
Each one of these residence halls offer the same type of housing arrangements and house both male and female students, who will be assigned on a floor and/or wing basis. There is no special requirement to live in Scholars Hall.
This is a three-story building located across from the Galliano Dining Hall (Cafeteria). Students living in this facility are expected to be active participants in residence hall activities.
This is a three-story building near the tennis courts on Bowie Road and it mirrors Zeringue Hall. Students who live in this building often spend time in the Recreation Center.
This is a three-story building on Bowie Road directly across from the Brady Complex Apartments. Students who live here often love spending time at the Recreation Center. Students who will need housing for break periods during the semester (Thanksgiving, Mardi Gras, and Easter) must select this residence hall.
The private bedroom suite will be a total of 414 square feet with doors separating the two bedrooms.
