Break Housing Costs Per Semester*
University housing facilities are closed to residents during the following breaks throughout the Fall and Spring semesters: Thanksgiving and Easter/Spring Break. Residents interested in remaining on-campus throughout the closed periods can opt to pay for Break Housing*.
Other breaks, such as Fall Break, and Mardi Gras, are included in the regular housing costs and students can remain on campus at no extra charge.
Winter Break and Summer Terms are NOT included in any break housing rates and a separate charge will be applied to those students’ accounts who wish to stay throughout these periods.
