The Bakery at CJFCI

It has been a long time coming, but we are so excited to announce that our retail baking area will be officially opening TOMORROW! The bakery will be managed by some of our upper-level students to teach them the valuable skills that they will need if they choose to open their own bakery in the future. Since this will be part of a class we will only be open on select dates from 10 am-12 pm and the menu offerings will change each day to offer our guests the freshest baked goods. Stay posted for our dates of operation. We hope that you will join us tomorrow to try some of the delicious desserts that our students have prepared.
