DEPARTMENT MENU

Students from our CULA 490 Retail Baking class will be learning what it takes to manage and run their own bakery. Similar to Bistro Ruth, menus will change daily to offer the highest quality seasonal ingredients. Each date will offer a selection of muffins, french macaroons, danishes, cookies and croissants. Help support our program by joining us this Spring for some delicious baked goods in our retail baking area, located inside the Ledet Building at the intersection of Highway 1 and Bowie Road.

At this time we only accept cash or check. No visitor parking passes are needed. Patrons can park in the Bistro Ruth parking lot at the front of the building. For more information, please call 985-493-2700.
